Exchange Policy
1. How do I exchange items in my order?
You can exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Follow these steps:
- Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ link in the Order History section of My Account.
- For Guest Users, fill in your order details on the Track Order page.
- Select ‘Exchange for another size’ or ‘Exchange for product in same offer’ and specify the item or size you wish to exchange.
- Choose the shipping address for delivery of the exchanged products.
- Due to hygiene reasons, briefs, panties, shapewear, or opened multi-piece sets including panties cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. I don’t see the return/exchange link on the product page. How can I proceed?
You can return or exchange your order within 15 days of delivery:
- Hygiene products like briefs, panties, shapewear, or opened multi-piece sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return/exchange requests are disabled after 15 days from delivery.
3. I do not have an account with Louiscraft. How do I exchange my order?
You can still exchange your order within 15 days of delivery:
- Fill in your order details on the Track Order page if you are a Guest User.
- Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ link, select ‘Exchange for another size’ or ‘Exchange for product in same offer’.
- Specify the item or size for exchange and select the shipping address.
- Hygiene products and opened multi-piece sets cannot be exchanged.
4. Can I exchange the gift received with my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for gift items included with orders.
