Exchange Policy

1. How do I exchange items in my order?

You can exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ link in the Order History section of My Account.
  2. For Guest Users, fill in your order details on the Track Order page.
  3. Select ‘Exchange for another size’ or ‘Exchange for product in same offer’ and specify the item or size you wish to exchange.
  4. Choose the shipping address for delivery of the exchanged products.
  5. Due to hygiene reasons, briefs, panties, shapewear, or opened multi-piece sets including panties cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. I don’t see the return/exchange link on the product page. How can I proceed?

You can return or exchange your order within 15 days of delivery:

  • Hygiene products like briefs, panties, shapewear, or opened multi-piece sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/exchange requests are disabled after 15 days from delivery.

3. I do not have an account with Louiscraft. How do I exchange my order?

You can still exchange your order within 15 days of delivery:

  1. Fill in your order details on the Track Order page if you are a Guest User.
  2. Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ link, select ‘Exchange for another size’ or ‘Exchange for product in same offer’.
  3. Specify the item or size for exchange and select the shipping address.
  4. Hygiene products and opened multi-piece sets cannot be exchanged.

4. Can I exchange the gift received with my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for gift items included with orders.
