Refund Policy

1. What are the modes of refund?

We offer three modes of refund:

  • Back to Source: The money is refunded to the original payment mode used for placing the order.
  • Bank Account: Refund is processed to your bank account. We will collect details such as Account holder’s name, Account number, Bank Name, Branch Name, and IFSC code for this mode.

Refunds are initiated once the items are picked up by our courier partner, which typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note, refund processing is subject to the items being received back in our warehouse in the specified condition.

2. How long does it take to process my cancellation request?

  • If you choose Louis Craft Wallet, the refund is instant.
  • For refunds to the original payment mode or bank account, it may take 2-3 business days to process after the cancellation request is initiated.

3. How does GST vary for orders?

GST varies based on the shipping destination and product prices.

4. Will the GST amount be refunded if I return my order?

Yes, the GST amount charged will be refunded for returned orders. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Will the GST amount be refunded if I cancel my order?

Yes, GST amount and shipping charges will be refunded for cancelled orders.

6. How is the refunded amount calculated?

The refunded amount will equal the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase. If you arrange the return at your cost, we add up to Rs 100 for courier return charges, upon submission of the courier receipt. If any gift items were received, they must be returned for a full refund. Keeping gift items will incur a nominal deduction per item, specified on your invoice.

7. How long does it take to issue credit or refund?

Refunds or credits are processed within 2-3 days from the date of receipt of the customer’s request, except under other specified circumstances.

8. Will I receive a complete refund against my order?

Upon returning or cancelling an order, the product’s paid price (including collected tax) will be refunded. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.
