Return Policy
1. How do I return an order?
You can return your order within 15 days of delivery. Follow these steps:
- Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ link in the Order History section of My Account.
- For Guest Users, fill in your order details on the Track Order page.
- Select the items you wish to return, indicate the reason for return, choose a refund method, and confirm your request.
- Once your return request is submitted, we will prioritize its processing.
2. I do not have an account with Louiscraft. How do I return my order?
You can still return your order within 15 days of delivery:
- Fill in your order details on the Track Order page if you are a Guest User.
- Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ link, select the items to return, choose a refund method.
- For refunds to Louis Craft Wallet, create an account using the email/mobile used for your order.
- Refunds to your bank account will be processed within 3-7 business days after our courier picks up the items.
3. I don’t see the return/exchange link on the product page. How can I proceed?
You can return your order within 15 days of delivery:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges for briefs, panties, shapewear, or opened multi-piece sets including panties.
- Return/exchange requests are disabled after 15 days from delivery.
4. I am unable to initiate a return request.
The return option may not be available due to:
- Your order not being marked as ‘Delivered’ by our courier partner. Please allow up to 24 hours post-delivery.
- The return period of 15 days has expired.
- Hygiene reasons prevent return/exchange of certain items like briefs, panties, shapewear, or opened multi-piece sets.
5. How can I track my return?
We’ll send confirmation via email and SMS when your return is picked up and received at our warehouse. For exchanges, you’ll be notified when new items are dispatched, and for refunds, you’ll receive an email once processed, typically within 48 hours.
6. How do I prepare my return?
- Return unworn, unwashed items with all tags in the original packaging.
- Use bubble wrap to protect the box and products, and enclose the invoice and any promotional gifts received.
- Deductions may apply for unreturned gift items as per the invoice details.
- Returns cannot be processed for used or damaged items, or if tags are missing.
7. GST and Returns
- GST may vary based on shipping location and product pricing.
- If you return an order, GST will be refunded, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For cancelled orders before shipment, both GST and shipping charges are refunded.
8. Items/services not eligible for return/exchange
- Hygiene products like briefs, panties, shapewear, or opened multi-piece sets.
- Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards or wraps.
- Multipack items must be returned as a whole.
- Specific sale events or offers may have separate return policies as stated.
9. Skivia Products Return/Replace Conditions
- Accepted: Wrong, expired, or damaged products.
- Not accepted: Opened, used, or altered products, missing original packaging.
10. Return/Replace Timeline
- Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery for Skivia products.
